Research In Motion released a new video with Vivek Bhardwaj,
Head of Software Portfolio for BlackBerry showing off the onscreen,
touch keyboard in BlackBerry 10. RIM wanted to keep Blackberry purists
happy, and since those folks are the ones used to a physical keyboard,
the virtual keyboard on BlackBerry 10 is designed to visually look and
feel like a physical Blackberry keyboard, with frets in between key rows
“maximized edge-to-edge.” And much more, which you can check out, right
in the video below:
The keyboard for BlackBerry 10 is designed to be fast and intuitive. It’s built with innovative technology that makes typing on BlackBerry 10 easy — even with one hand. Vivek Bhardwaj demos in key word prediction, multi-language support and his new favorite feature a space bar that can automatically correct misses.
